Get all the DNSCategories that are supported, this is a global resource (v2.0)

/v2.0/api/tenants/:tenant_id/dnssecuritycategories

The DNSCategories that are ingested will be returned by this API, it represents the set of supported DNSCategory that the cloud DNS Server can return for a domain
